Restoring Resourcefulness

Restoring Resourcefulness

Are you ready to make the shift from feeling overwhelmed, cranky or anxious to being at ease and resourceful?

Do you want to reboot and boost your energy this Spring?

Come discover how to expand your inner awareness and grow your capacity for authentic relating even when feeling off-center, at a loss for words or out of sorts.

Restoring Resourcefulness is a set of 6 foundational skills for relieving stress and nourishing well-being.

  • Presencing: How to fully be with a feeling, another person, an unexpected event, or whatever is happening right now, so you can meet life and create by choice.
  • Whole-Body Listening: How to bridge and appreciate differences, try on another's point of view, drop listening filters and expand the possibility of co-creating together.
  • Centered Breathing: One of the most calming and effective ways to decrease stress and increase vitality while locating yourself here and now.
  • Fear Melters©: How to move from fear to here by using simple, powerful body moves that shift you into agency and choice.
  • Matching: How to create congruence between your inner experience and outer expression. Exploring whole-body thinking and expression to expand creativity and vitality.
  • F.A.C.T.: How to effectively transform conundrums (and other situations you've been avoiding facing) using your body intelligence to explore Facing, Accepting, Choosing and Taking Action.

Join Kristina in the beautiful event-space at Tree of Life Wellness Center on Vashon Island to learn and practice these 6 renewing, community-building skills!

Kristina Turner, Big Leap Coach and Restoring Resourcefulness Faculty Founder delights in sharing these tools with co-adventurers in conscious living.

A few years ago, Kristina met with colleagues at the Foundation for Conscious Living to record a series of free videos demonstrating each skill. Click below to watch the video on Fear Melters®.

Kristina will be bringing fun and deepening activities to this in-person class, so you can experience how each skill grows your ability to meet challenges resourcefully.

Consider bringing a friend so you can practice together.

Last day to sign up for this 6-week series is Monday, March 25th.
