Resilience begins in this moment. . .

Hmmm. . .what in your life is most challenging to face today?   Does this question bring up tension somewhere in your body? If you are curious and willing, I invite you to see that tension as an opportunity to make a new choice.

Give yourself the gift of exploring this inner resistance for the next few minutes. Let your body lead. Listen to what your body most wants and needs in this moment. Begin your journey to letting go of worry and creating body-based resilience.

You might start by scanning your body head-to-toe, sensing for any places that feel tight, cranky, dense or burdened.

Breathe easily as you focus your sensitive attention inward. Allow each breath to open up space inside you. Soften your inner gaze. Let the warm breeze of your attention fan out and soothe you.

Notice, with this caring attention, what shifts. Where inside yourself do you feel most alive? What can you celebrate about this moment?

Gently, return your attention to whatever challenge you are currently facing in life. What feels different now?

Pausing to give loving awareness to the inner stream of your body sensations and feelings will grow your wise ability to rebound from stress, no matter what happens.

Creative Resilience Coaching guides you to expand your awareness and step into 100% responsibility for your well-being as you explore making 4 friendly new choices:

4 Friendly New Choices

Delight (350 × 234 px) (1)

#1 Choose Delight

Take the next 5 seconds to remember or experience what brings you whole-body delight. Maybe you only felt that years ago. That's OK. Invite that light now to shimmer, ripple and radiate through your whole body. When you claim your delight, universal energy is free to flow to and through you, into the world.

#2 Bodify!

Hmmm. . .whatever you are feeling or thinking right now, how could you express that with your whole body? Go ahead and try this. Enjoy moving any way you feel the impulse to move. Then add making sounds that freely release energy. Allow what you've been storing up in your body to come out and play. Sharing your aliveness is the key to creatively connecting with others!

When you discover and enjoy the pace your Essence loves best, life flows and your creativity hums. You hear the first whispers of a new inspiration. Gathering creative momentum is easy. You savor each completion, then rest and rejuvenate. How can you tune-in to your most pleasurable pace today?

#4 Co-create!

No more going solo. Imagine making a smooth transition from struggling on your own to celebrating creative partnerships. See yourself saying: "Wow, this is so much easier when I collaborate with you!" Seek out allies whose wisdom, natural gifts and rhythms resonate with yours. Co-creating builds our sustainable future!
