My interactive coaching invites exploring your own body-based knowing. We are all born with this ability. You can begin to taste it right now by asking yourself three magic questions below. Spend a few refreshing minutes inviting your whole body to answer:
Magic Question #1
How do I organize myself to experience wonder and delight?
Instead of thinking your way to an answer, let your body show you. First, for fun, do some Bad Wonder Theater. Sit there and organize your body the way you do when you feel bored, disconnected from your inner self and stuck in a situation you DON'T want to be in. Then, shake that off!
Now, stand up and move how you naturally move when you feel curiosity and joy!
Imagine the next time you feel stuck easily choosing to move into wonder.
Magic Question #2
Where in my life am I getting ready to make a big splash?
Let the words drop out. Put on music. MOVE, DANCE and EXPLORE. Feel how your body wants you to make a big splash and shine as you contribute your gifts to this amazing life.
Listen to Arrival of the Birds or Resilient! Let yourself roll with the music. Feel what is in your depths, below the surface. Wonder into what is rising to the surface to be expressed in movement. Ride your creative moving, changing impulses as you steadily roll towards shore. Enjoy cresting and splashing!
Magic Question #3
How can I enjoy my full range of creative expression while facing big unresolved issues?
Breathe. Gently, undulate your spine. Notice the aliveness you stirred up in your body as you answered Question #2. Moving your body in new ways wakes up neurons in your brain that expand your capacity to feel and think creatively.
Learning to express what your body intuitively knows can be as simple as thinking about one of your big issues while moving playfully. For example, maybe you feel all twisted up inside by a current relationship entanglement in your work, family or love life. If so, take the next 60 seconds to exaggerate that drama by twisting up your arms and legs in lots of different ways. Notice what happens inside.
(When I try this, I immediately feel my heart pumping faster!). How about you? Now, wiggle that off and invent a new move that brings you ease and joy in this moment.
There's a rainbow of new moves to choose from!
